1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.

Please note:

For cosmetic and baby products, we cannot accept returns once the product seal is broken due to hygiene and safety concerns.
For toys or electronic items, they must be returned in unused condition with all accessories included.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Opened or used cosmetics or baby products.
Items damaged after delivery due to misuse.
Gift cards or promotional items.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Contact our support team at Info@waqasllc.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number and a brief reason for the return.
Once approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions for sending your product back to us.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product was defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Info@waqasllc.com.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund after verification.
